At the start of September, we were delighted to be invited to a very special birthday celebration for the National Survey of Health and Development (NSHD) – the 1946 British Birth Cohort at the Senate House in London.
It was a wonderfully uplifting day, filled with scientific updates, opportunities for collaboration and, of course, some birthday cake!
As a team, we are immensely grateful for the extraordinary 80-year contribution of the NSHD participants to science. Their continued dedication has made invaluable research possible, including our own work in the MyoFit46 study.
Happy 80th birthday to the NSHD participants! We thank you wholeheartedly for your remarkable and ongoing contribution to research.
